We're so confident you'll love your new kayak that we offer a 30-day trial period. Take it out, explore the waters, and really get to know your kayak. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days, you can return it for a refund of your purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, cleaning, and recertification costs.

To qualify:

• Kayak must be returned in resalable condition with only normal use wear

• All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included

• Customer pays return shipping costs

• Must provide proof of at least 2 paddling experiences (photos or GPS tracks)

• Any damage beyond normal use will be assessed and may affect refund amount

This guarantee lets you try your kayak with confidence while ensuring it's a good fit for your paddling style and needs. The restocking fee helps us maintain our high-quality standards and continue offering this unique trial opportunity to future paddlers.
